How to Use Bittrex to Buy Altcoins - Beginners Guide (2018)

Are you a beginner trader and want to learn how to use Bittrex to buy altcoins in 2018? This Bittrex tutorial is for beginners who have already invested in cryptocurrency like Bitcoin, Ethereum or Litecoin and would like to start trading alternative coins using the Bittrex exchange platform.

Starting this tutorial I will provide an overview of the Bittrex company and its platform. During this section, you will see how to register for Bittrex and I’ll discuss the fees charged by this exchange platform. We will also take a look at the verification process and the types of accounts you can get.

Once verified and signed in to an account we can take a look at the Bittrex dashboard, which I will briefly explain to you. From the dashboard I will search for the Cardano coin (ADA), as an example, on the Bitcoin market. The webpage will then be redirected to show an overview of Cardano. Next, I will go to the order books tab, here is where you can make different buy and sell orders. I will show you an example of each different order type: last, bid and ask order.

Following these examples I will click into the Bittrex wallet. Your wallet is where you can make deposits and withdrawals from your account. I will talk you through the step by step process for these transactions with tips along the way to ensure mistakes aren’t made.
